  25.         I had a slower graphics card, and went out and bought a 
  26. Diamond Stealth 64 with 2 megs (upgradable to 4) with VRAM yesterday.
  27. Work MUCH faster.

  29.         I set it to 1024x768   65,000 colors (it needs 4 megs for 24 bit
  30. in that mode).  And what do you know, all the sudden objects didn't appear
  31. in preview!

  33.         I set it back down to 256 colors, and it worked! Also a lot 
  34. faster.

  36.         My guess is LW isn't working right in modes between 256 and 16m
  37. with this card...actually I want to get more ram to see if it will work
  38. in 16 million colors...

  40.         For now though a fix is to run in 256 colors.
